    1. Bottom line – the jury is still out on this one. I personally eat full fat Greek yogurt, full fat cheeses and consume 10mg of Lovastatin daily. I tend to avoid most simple sugars, highly processed foods, most fast foods and food high in sodium. No diet is perfect and we all need to find what works best of each of us.
